Terms of Service.
These terms govern your use of the Ronin Peptides website and any purchase you make through it. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Who can buy.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the site or buy from it. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement. Ronin Peptides may decline service or cancel any order at our discretion.
What we sell.
The compounds offered through the site are research chemicals supplied as lyophilized powders or solutions for in vitro laboratory and research use. They are not drugs, supplements, food, or cosmetics. They have not been cleared for human or veterinary use by Health Canada, by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or by any other regulatory body, and we do not represent them as suitable for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any condition. Product descriptions are scientific reference for researchers, not health claims.
Orders, pricing, and acceptance.
All orders are subject to acceptance, stock availability, and payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock shortages. Order confirmation emails are not contractual acceptance — acceptance occurs when the order ships.
Prices on roninpeptides.ca are in CAD. Prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required by law.
Payment.
The site accepts:
- Bitcoin and supported cryptocurrencies through our self-hosted cryptocurrency payment server.
- Interac e-Transfer to support@roninpeptides.ca. Payment must be received within 12 hours of order placement, or the order is cancelled.
All amounts are denominated in the listed currency at checkout. Cryptocurrency exchange rates are quoted at order time and held for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes the order may need to be re-quoted.
Shipping.
We ship within Canada via Canada Post Xpresspost. Risk of loss and title pass on dispatch. We maintain carrier insurance on every package. Full shipping terms are on the Shipping Policy page.
Returns.
Returns are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy. By ordering you agree to its terms.
How you may use what you buy.
You agree to use anything purchased from Ronin Peptides exclusively for legitimate research, educational, or laboratory work. You will not use, administer, or recommend administration of any compound to a human or animal. You will follow all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction governing the purchase, possession, handling, transport, and use of research chemicals. You take full responsibility for safe storage, safe handling, and lawful use after delivery.
Site content.
All site content — text, images, schema, code, design — is owned by Ronin Peptides or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from site content without our written consent. Mining the site for AI training datasets is prohibited.
Limitation of liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta and Canadian law, Ronin Peptides is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase, use, or misuse of any compound, or from any inability to access the site. Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the compound to which the claim relates.
Indemnification.
You agree to defend and hold harmless Ronin Peptides, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of any compound purchased from Ronin Peptides, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law.
Site availability.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Our managed hosting infrastructure targets a 99.9% uptime service level, but planned maintenance and unforeseen outages can occur. We are not liable for losses caused by site downtime.
Changes.
These terms may be updated. Changes are effective on posting. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the change. Material changes are announced on the site for 30 days.
Severability.
If a court finds any clause unenforceable, that clause is modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of these terms remains in effect.
Whole agreement.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Returns and Refunds Policy, and Shipping Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Ronin Peptides regarding the site and any purchase from it.
Governing law and forum.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
Every compound supplied through this catalog is intended for laboratory and bench-research applications only. Human or veterinary use is out of scope.
