How and when your order ships, what carriers we use, and what to expect after dispatch.
Same business day before 5:00 PM ET.
Orders with confirmed payment received before 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders confirmed after 5:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on Canadian statutory holidays are processed the next business day.
Payment is “confirmed” when an Interac e-Transfer is received and auto-deposited, or a BTCPay invoice is paid and reaches one network confirmation (typically 10–30 minutes for Bitcoin).

Domestic Canadian orders ship via Canada Post Xpresspost with full tracking and a delivery target of 1–3 business days within Canada. Tracking is emailed when the label is purchased.

We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories at the same flat rate. Transit to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut typically takes 5–10 business days via Canada Post Xpresspost. PO boxes in any region are accepted.

Once your order is dispatched, you receive an email with your Canada Post Xpresspost tracking number. Tracking typically updates within 24 hours of dispatch.
If a shipment is returned to us.
You’re responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to confirm the corrected address. We reship for $15.00 CAD. If we can’t reach you within 7 days, we refund your order minus the original shipping cost.

Lyophilized peptides ship at room temperature.
Lyophilized peptide powders are stable at room temperature for several days, which is how the entire research peptide industry ships globally without refrigerated transport. On receipt, refrigerate sealed vials at 2–8°C if you intend to reconstitute within a month, or freeze at −20°C for long-term storage. Bacteriostatic water is shelf-stable at room temperature.
