Returns and replacements.
Ronin Peptides does not accept returns. Research compounds cannot be safely resold once a vial has left our facility, so the standard “change of mind” return doesn’t apply. We do replace shipments that arrive damaged in transit or that contain the wrong compound.
Three cases. Replacement always free.

Shipments that arrive with broken or compromised vials due to transit damage. -
Shipments containing the wrong compound (our packing error). -
Shipments lost in transit, where carrier tracking confirms non-delivery.
Four steps. Approved replacements ship within one business day.

Email support@roninpeptides.ca within 48 hours of delivery (or within 14 days of expected delivery date for lost shipments).

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged vials and outer packaging (or the wrong compound received).

We respond within 24 business hours with next steps.

Approved replacements ship within 1 business day at no charge to you, including return shipping if we need the original back for carrier insurance claims.
Outside the policy.
Vials damaged after delivery (dropped, mishandled, exposed to heat). Compounds the customer no longer wants. Compounds reconstituted or otherwise altered after delivery. Storage damage from improper post-delivery handling — see our Storage Guide for proper handling instructions.
When replacement isn’t practical.
Because we don’t accept returns, refunds are not part of our standard policy. In the rare cases where replacement isn’t practical (compound discontinued, customer unable to receive replacement shipment), we issue a refund through the original payment method.
Refunds are issued via Interac e-Transfer or to the original Bitcoin payment. Refund timing varies by payment method: Interac e-Transfer typically within 48 hours, Bitcoin within 24 hours to a wallet address you provide.
Before it ships.
You can cancel an order before it ships at no charge — email support@roninpeptides.ca with your order number.
Once an order has shipped, the standard policy above applies.
Every compound supplied through this catalog is intended for laboratory and bench-research applications only. Human or veterinary use is out of scope.
