KLOW Blend

KLOW Blend is a four-compound research-supply formulation extending the three-compound Glow Blend with an additional dose of the α-MSH C-terminal tripeptide KPV. Per-component loadings are listed in the Definition section below. KPV adds a fourth non-overlapping mechanism niche — intestinal-epithelial-cell anti-inflammatory signalling via PepT1 — to the angiogenic and skin-regeneration arms covered by the other three components.

Definition

KLOW Blend is an 80 mg combined-formulation lyophilised vial containing four research peptides at fixed per-vial loadings: 50 mg of GHK-Cu (the dominant component by mass) plus three 10 mg components — BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV. The formulation extends the three-compound Glow Blend composition with the addition of the KPV tripeptide — the C-terminal Lys-Pro-Val fragment of α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone with documented anti-inflammatory activity in intestinal-epithelial-cell research contexts.

The lyophilised powder carries a blue tint from the Cu(II) chromophore of the GHK-Cu component, identical to the Glow Blend appearance. The BPC-157, TB-500, and KPV components do not contribute to the colour.

How the combination is used in research workflows

The mechanistic rationale extends the three-compound Glow Blend framing with an additional inflammation-pathway arm. GHK-Cu engages copper-dependent fibroblast and keratinocyte signalling. BPC-157 engages the VEGFR2-Akt-eNOS angiogenic cascade. TB-500 engages G-actin sequestration and integrin-linked kinase signalling. Researchers studying combined-mechanism protocols across angiogenesis, tissue-repair, and inflammation contexts use the four-compound format to engage all four mechanism niches from a single reconstituted stock. Researchers who prefer to control component concentrations independently can use the standalone single-compound vials for each.
