How orders move.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship same business day for payments confirmed before 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday. Canada Post Xpresspost typically delivers in 1-3 business days.
Transit times to remote regions (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, rural Alaska) can run 5–10 business days depending on local route schedules. Full carrier breakdown is on our Shipping Policy page.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we ship to PO boxes in Canada via Canada Post.
Do you ship to Yukon, NWT, and Nunavut?
Yes. We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories at the same flat rate, with no northern surcharge. Transit to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut typically takes 5–10 business days via Canada Post Xpresspost.
How orders settle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept two payment rails: Interac e-Transfer (Canadian customers) and Bitcoin (and Lightning Network) via our self-hosted BTCPay Server. Bitcoin is our preferred method — zero processing fees, instant confirmation, and self-custodial.
Both rails are first-class — you don’t need to pick one over the other. They’re different tools for different buyer preferences.
How do I pay with Bitcoin?
At checkout, select Bitcoin/BTCPay. You’ll receive an invoice with a Bitcoin address and exact amount. The amount is locked at the exchange rate at order time and held for 15 minutes. Pay from any Bitcoin wallet that supports the Lightning Network or on-chain transactions.
Confirmation typically takes 10–30 minutes for one network confirmation on the main chain, or seconds via Lightning. Once your invoice is paid, your order moves to the processing queue.
Is paying with Interac e-Transfer safe?
Yes, Interac e-Transfer is the standard Canadian electronic payment system used by every major Canadian bank. We use auto-deposit, so transfers land instantly without password exchange. Send from your bank’s online portal to the email address shown on your order confirmation.
Orders have a 12-hour payment window before they expire and the inventory is released. If you need more time, email support@roninpeptides.ca and we’ll extend the hold.
Why do you accept cryptocurrency?
Cryptocurrency, particularly Bitcoin, offers researchers privacy and reliability that traditional payment rails don’t. Most card processors restrict research compound merchants. Bitcoin doesn’t require institutional approval, has zero processing fees, and settles in minutes rather than days.
We run our own BTCPay Server — no third-party crypto payment processor sits between you and us. Self-hosted means we control the keys and the infrastructure end-to-end.
What we sell, and how we verify it.
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA), and how do I get one for my order?
A COA is the third-party laboratory analysis verifying a compound’s purity and identity. Every Ronin batch is tested by Janoshik Analytical via HPLC and mass spectrometry. To receive your batch’s COA, email support@roninpeptides.ca from the email address you ordered with, including your order number.
We don’t publish COAs publicly. Per-order COA delivery is the workflow because each shipment is tied to a specific batch in our internal records. Reply turnaround is within 24 business hours, typically same business day. Background context is on our Lab Results page.
Who tests your compounds?
All Ronin batches are tested by Janoshik Analytical, an independent third-party laboratory specializing in peptide purity verification. Janoshik runs both HPLC (high-performance liquid chromatography) and mass spectrometry on every batch we manufacture.
Janoshik is widely cited within the research peptide community for rigorous methodology and verifiable per-COA keys that resolve at janoshik.com.
What purity standard do you guarantee?
Our minimum acceptance threshold is 99.0% purity by HPLC. Batches that don’t meet this standard are rejected and destroyed and never reach customers. Most batches test substantially higher than the minimum — typical results are 99.3–99.8%.
Are your peptides USP grade?
USP grade is a designation for compounds intended for human pharmaceutical use, which our compounds are not. Our peptides are research-grade — synthesized to high purity standards and verified by third-party laboratory analysis, but not formulated, labeled, or sold for human or veterinary use.
How are your blends formulated?
Our blends combine compounds in fixed ratios documented on each product page. Blend ratios are formulated based on commonly studied combinations in research literature. Each component compound in a blend meets the same 99.0% minimum purity standard as our single-compound vials.
Where do your compounds come from?
Our compounds are manufactured in Canada. Every batch is independently verified by a third-party laboratory for purity and identity before it reaches researchers.

Do I need an account to order?
No, guest checkout is available. You’ll need to provide an email and shipping address at checkout, but no account creation is required. Creating an account lets you track past orders and re-order more easily, but it’s optional.
Can I modify or cancel an order after placing it?
You can cancel an order at no charge before it ships — email support@roninpeptides.ca with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped (typically same business day for orders before 5:00 PM ET), it can’t be cancelled, but our replacement policy applies if there’s an issue. See Returns for full details.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page (Canada Post). Tracking typically updates within 24 hours of dispatch.
Why did my order ship as “private” or unmarked?
All Ronin shipments are dispatched in plain padded mailers or boxes with no exterior branding referencing the contents. The shipping label declares “research chemicals” with the accurate compound name on customs forms — required by carrier and customs regulations — but the outer packaging carries no branding.
This is standard practice for research compound shipments and is not a workaround of any regulation. It’s a privacy convention buyers in this niche have come to expect.
Stability after delivery.
How should I store lyophilized peptides on arrival?
Sealed lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature for several days but should be refrigerated at 2–8°C as soon as practical for stability beyond a month. For long-term storage (over six months), freeze at −20°C. Bacteriostatic water is shelf-stable at room temperature.

What is bacteriostatic water and why do I need it?
Bacteriostatic water is the USP-grade pharmaceutical excipient used as a peptide reconstitution diluent. The benzyl alcohol fraction (0.9 percent by volume) acts as the bacteriostatic agent. It’s the standard solvent for reconstituting lyophilized peptides because the preservative inhibits bacterial growth in the reconstituted solution, extending stability to several weeks at refrigerated temperatures.

How long do peptides remain stable after reconstitution?
Reconstituted peptides stored at 2–8°C in bacteriostatic water typically remain stable for 28–30 days, with stability varying by compound. Some peptides degrade faster — research literature on individual compounds gives the most accurate stability data per peptide.

Are research peptides legal in Canada?
Research peptides occupy a complex regulatory space in Canada. Most are not scheduled controlled substances, and Health Canada has not approved them for human use. Sale and possession for legitimate laboratory research is generally permitted; sale or use for human consumption is not. We recommend reviewing applicable laws for your jurisdiction.

Why do you say “research use only”?
All Ronin compounds are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory and research use. They are not approved for human or veterinary consumption by Health Canada, the FDA, or any other regulator. The “research use only” designation is both a regulatory requirement and an honest description of what these compounds are intended for.
Will Health Canada or the FDA approve these compounds?
Some research peptides are in clinical trials and may eventually receive regulatory approval for specific therapeutic uses. Most will not. Approval would change the regulatory status of the compound but is independent of Ronin’s research-use-only positioning. We follow regulatory developments and update our compliance posture as needed.
If something goes wrong.
Do you accept returns?
Ronin does not accept returns. Research compounds cannot be safely resold once a vial has left our facility. We do replace shipments that arrive damaged in transit or contain the wrong compound — see our Returns page for full details.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Email support@roninpeptides.ca within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged vials and outer packaging. We respond within 24 business hours and ship a replacement at no charge for verified shipping damage. Full procedure on the Returns page.
